For planning and design, we assess the location where we will install the cool room and determine its optimal layout. We then take into consideration the type of goods that will be stored in order to determine the desired temperature requirements and humidity levels of the cool room. This will help us identify the refrigeration system you will need, including the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and fans that will be used. Finally, we will select the door type that will be used; often, rubber-sealed glass doors are the choice of many as it minimise heat loss and help maintain a consistent temperature.

For construction, we prepare the room for insulation and install prefabricated insulated panels to make the installation quick. We also make sure that there’s adequate ventilation system to facilitate air circulation and eliminate odour. Once this is done, we then install the refrigeration system.

For testing and commissioning before handover, we monitor the temperature of the cool room, checking that it is operating within the desired parameters. The refrigeration system is also tested to ensure that it is operating efficiently and effectively. We do the testing and calibration thoroughly before we do the handover to you.
