For planning and design, we assess the location where we will install the freezer room and determine its optimal layout. We also identify the refrigeration system you will need, including the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and fans that will be used that suit your freezing requirements. Finally, we will select the door type that will be used; ones that are self-closing with proper sealing and insulation. We also attach emergency exist mechanisms and safety alarms.

For construction, we prepare the room for insulation and install prefabricated insulated panels to make the installation quick. We also make sure that there’s adequate ventilation system to facilitate air circulation and eliminate odour. Once this is done, we then install the refrigeration system.

For testing and commissioning before handover, we monitor the temperature of the freezer room, checking that it is operating within the desired parameters. The refrigeration system is also tested to ensure its efficient and effective function. We do the testing and calibration thoroughly before we do the handover to you.
